ImgKit provides image tools and educational content. You are responsible for the files you process and for checking that converted images meet your needs before publishing them.
No warranty
The tools are provided as-is during the MVP stage. ImgKit does not guarantee that every browser, image file, or export workflow will produce the same result.
File responsibility
Keep original files before replacing production assets. Browser-side conversion creates delivery copies, not a backup system.
Future VIP downloads
VIP downloads, payment, and membership features are planned but not active in this static shell. Additional terms should be added before public sale or protected download launch.
