How to Download and Save Your Gift Image

After you finish checkout in ImgKit Gift Studio, your gift is delivered as one image file.

ImgKit also sends the download page to your email. If you cannot find the image on your phone later, open that email and tap the download link again while the order is still available.

Download The Image

On the Gift Studio page, tap Open / Save image. If your browser asks where to save it, choose Downloads, Photos, or Files.

If you opened the page inside an app browser, such as a chat app or social app, the download may be harder to find. In that case, copy the download URL, open Safari or Chrome, paste the URL there, and save the image from the normal browser.

Find The Image On Your Device

On iPhone or iPad, check:

1. Photos app.
2. Downloads folder.
3. Files app.
4. Safari downloads.
5. Chrome downloads.

On Android, check:

1. Photos or Gallery app.
2. Files app.
3. My Files app.
4. Downloads folder.
5. Chrome downloads.
6. Your browser downloads list.

On a computer, check the Downloads folder in Finder, File Explorer, Safari, Chrome, Edge, or your usual browser.

Use The Saved Image

The paid file is a PNG image. You do not need to unzip anything or choose between several files.

Use it when you want to:

1. Send the finished gift in a message.
2. Post it in a social app.
3. Save it as a keepsake.
4. Reopen it later from your downloads or email link.

Why The Saved Image Looks Clearer

The saved image is larger and clearer than the browser preview. That means it is better for sending, posting, or keeping than a screenshot of the page.

Use the saved image when you want the best-looking version. Avoid taking a screenshot unless you only need a quick preview.

If You Need To Download Again

Open the email from ImgKit and tap the download page link again. You can also use the order ID and the same email address on the Gift Studio download section while the order is still available.

Paid Gift Studio downloads are designed to stay available for 30 days.

Where did the image go on my phone?

What do I get after payment?
